The Problem at HandLately, I’ve seen a lot of community parroting in regards to the concept of “limiting beliefs”. Often, this parroting comes in the form of angry and holier-than-thou comments in response to subliminal creators discussing tips and advice for effectively utilizing subliminals, claiming that these things are simply limiting beliefs in need of immediate extermination from community discussion. “Subliminals will work no matter what,” they say. While this general idea may very well be the bottom line, a quick glance at the community paints a bit of a different picture - one of common struggles and common solutions, solutions of which are now given as a general rule of thumb for effective listening by subliminal creators. Truthfully, I think these people do feel that they are being helpful in leaving comments like these, even despite some of the harsher deliveries. After all, their ultimate goal is to get everyone on-board with how powerful they are. However, I do think that it is also worth considering the risk this runs of, ironically, creating limiting beliefs within individuals who do find difficulty manifesting instantaneously - which, thanks to a lot of the deeply-embedded programming instilled in us since a very young age, is most of us. This is okay, and these people can absolutely get to the point of instantaneous manifestation with just a little bit of effort to break past those barriers. The commonly-shared advice out there plays a key role in this process by rewiring the mindset and offering experiences and sensations to refer back to when manifesting independently. In all my time studying and practice with magick and energy work and manifestation, I have seen many a “failed” manifestor who were lead to believe, by those out there who were more experienced or by those who did indeed have the gift of instant success, that they should also be able to manifest instantly. In doing so, their efforts were rushed. They did not learn what energy feels like. They were not familiar with any of the theories seeking to unpack why things worked the way that they did. “Think about it, and it will be.” They followed that instruction to the letter - perhaps some even believing then, with great faith, that this would work out for them. When it didn’t, they would give up on the practice entirely, either thinking it to be a total sham or simply thinking they were incapable because they couldn’t manifest instantly like so many others seemed to be able to. This is my worry for the subliminal community when it comes to our delivery of concepts like the one discussed in this post. Tools and SupplementsI’d like to bring up another parallel with other “occult” practices. Many of the texts out there regarding magick that are intended for beginners will start you off with a handful of tools to be used in different ways that symbolize different things. If the book is a thorough one, it will also offer explanation along with these recommendations. This also goes for things like crystals and herbs and the like. While you are capable of magick without any of these tools at all, many of them offer their own unique energies and/or contain symbolism that is already programmed into the collective in such a way that it helps you to more easily tune into those particular energies. After developing an understanding and becoming energetically familiar with the tools, most practitioners will begin to form new correspondences based on their own interpretations and symbolism. Some have even decided to throw out the tools altogether. Regardless, these tools are where most of us had to begin to build the proper mindset to break down the programming and realize - truly realize - our potential as powerful creators within this realm. Think of it like handwriting practice in elementary school. In theory, you could absolutely write beautiful, legible letters right from the get-go - and perhaps there are some who do. Most of us, though, started by tracing letters on a page. The repetitive nature of this guided exercise allowed us to see what our letters should look like and to physically feel how it felt to write those letters. When we go to write those letters on our own, we know we are doing it correctly by how they look and how they feel to write. Energy work in any form is similar. Guidance and assistance helps us to learn what that manifestation process feels like so that the next time we go to manifest on our own, we know how to determine we are putting our focus and energy where it needs to be for the best possible end result. In the case of prior programming, we can think of it like trying to improve poor handwriting. If you’ve been writing sloppily for several years, that method of writing is in your muscle memory. To improve, many people print out tracing sheets or attempt to copy from references. Just as it took years to get you used to writing sloppily, it takes repetition to form these new penmanship habits. When we are constantly told that there is only one way for something to be, it becomes a part of our belief system. I should mention that this can also be true of people who present their tips and advice as if it is the only way of achieving manifestation. This is also counterproductive. Each and every one of us are on our own unique path with our own unique destinations along the way. While some of our paths may cross, ultimately, the methods that we choose to further us on those paths will vary from person to person, experience to experience. The advice that we give should be just that - advice. Addressing Specific StatementsI would like to now briefly address some of the more specific statements pertaining to pointing out limiting beliefs. Once again, I do think that all of these messages are coming from a good place, and if you are someone who finds value in sharing them, perhaps it just comes down to your delivery of them. “You don’t need to believe in subliminals!” No, you don’t - but it helps. If we don’t believe in subliminals - or more importantly, ourselves and our own ability to manifest - we are leaving room for doubt, and doubt has an unfortunate habit of breeding its own limiting beliefs within us. These beliefs can then begin to send out energetic signals that are in conflict with what you may be intending to manifest. Yes, you can manifest without belief, but if you find difficulty, a little clearing of the mind may be in order. “You don’t have to flush or get rid of blockages!” No, you don’t - but it helps. Much of the deeply-rooted programming within us, even from surface-level “innocent” enough advertisements, can leave us feeling powerless and inadequate. Again, these can stand as their own very limiting beliefs, sending out energetic signals that may conflict with what we are seeking to do. “You don’t need to feel positive!” No, you don’t - but it helps. For one, positivity gives way to a high vibrational state, which may affect the speed at which things manifest. Two, emotional energy is extremely powerful at subconsciously directing intention. Negative emotions driving a positive manifestation may result in unwanted outcomes. Many such experiences have been shared across various magickal communities. If you find that you are experiencing such a thing, perhaps you may want to consider taking breaks from subliminals on your bad days or even simply making efforts to turn things around by doing some sort of fun activity of preference that brings you joy. “You don’t need to listen more than once!” No, you don’t - but it helps. In most of us, the programming is long-term and the blockages are sturdy - and unless you are totally secluded from society and its creations or you are extremely well-versed in warding and staying disconnected from the media you consume, the potential reformation of these blockages is something to be aware of. Even I, despite being a fairly experienced practitioner, must regularly cleanse myself and my space, re-energize my wards, and maintain awareness of aspects of myself that could use a little extra attention. In the realm of subliminals, flushes and blockage removal boosters can help to counter some of that subconscious programming. As with the handwriting example from earlier in the post, repetition will be most effective for many. “You don’t need to stick to one goal at a time!” No, you don’t - but it helps. When I discuss this piece of advice, I often talk about overwhelming the subconscious. Let’s look at the realm of the physical. How many things can you do at once before you begin to feel stressed, overwhelmed, or tired? Do you also notice that, perhaps, the quality of the work declines in these situations? Similarly, when we are dividing our energetic attention - our focus - among many different goals at once, we are not giving as much energy to each individual goal as we could be. The result may be that your manifestations are progressing at a slower rate or that they aren’t manifesting as strongly as you’d like them to. Similarly, you may also find that your “energy” is being depleted too quickly - and just as under physical circumstances, you may begin to feel stressed, overwhelmed, or tired. Perhaps you are an excellent multitasker, and if so, that is a wonderful thing - but if not, this may be something to be aware of. “You don’t need breaks, water, or food!” No, you don’t - but it helps. Granted, if you’re like most of us, you need water and food to survive. That is a given. However, in reference to subliminals, it is sometimes necessary to rest and recharge. Subliminal work is a form of energy work. In energy work, energy seems to function similar to how it would function when performing physical tasks, slowly depleting as we dedicate it to various tasks. Many believe, in this process, that bits of energy are sent out into the universe to act as a sort of beacon, calling toward us the things we wish to manifest. As mentioned above, if your energy is depleted too quickly or for too long at one time without rest, you may begin to feel stressed, overwhelmed, or tired. Rest, sleep, water, and food are all things that work to replenish our energy reserves. Chocolate or sugary fruits are common recommendations for the energy-depleted. “You don’t need to be mindful of clashing!” No, you don’t - but it helps. How many of you have done something only to realize afterwards that things did not fall into place as you expected? The subconscious knows what you want, yes, but if there are any blanks to be filled in, rest assured your subconscious will do just that. I have found that manifestation tends to take the path of least resistance. This is why many magick practitioners will suggest that you be as clear as possible about your intention without being overly limiting. There is certainly a sweet spot. If your goal is to look like “half this-half that” but don’t have an image in mind, it is entirely possible for you to still be pleased with your results, but the more specific you are about your goals, the more information your subconscious will have, and the more specific your manifestations will be. In addition, there are some “half-and-halfs” that have the potential to cancel one another out altogether. If, for example, you are trying to manifest more money while, for whatever reason, trying to manifest less money, the half-and-half result may just be no change at all. These statements are true enough by themselves, but many of us find ourselves in positions where this sort of advice could only serve to make us more frustrated with our seeming inability to manifest. You don’t have to feel like a failure if you find yourself having difficulties due to the various circumstances, situations, or experiences within your life. You don’t even have to tick all of the boxes when it comes to tips and advice. What works for some may not work for you, and what works for you may not work for others. We all learn differently. We all grow differently. Find the methods that work for you, and don’t worry about the methods that don’t. :) Final ThoughtsA big problem within many facets of the spiritual community is individuals presenting things as 100% non-disputable facts, when really in the realm of the metaphysical, we are always learning and always growing. In spirituality, we are all students of the universe. Within the new age facet, we see this problem in what is commonly referred to as “false light” or even “new age deception” - wherein certain individuals parrot certain concepts as fact, and this leads to many being misled in ways that ultimately cause trouble within their own spiritual journey. In some cases, these things touted as fact come from people with a concerning agenda. In other cases, it seems that some things work for some but not others. We are quick to tell people how things are rather than to guide them to their own conclusions, and while this may come from a good place, it often causes its own set of problems - but that’s a topic worthy of its own post.
There is nothing wrong with saying, “All you need to make magick happen is you.” That statement is entirely true. When it becomes a problem is when it is used to chop down any sort of tips or advice others may have to offer for those on their own journey to discover that statement for themselves. Not everyone discussing the concept of limiting beliefs is doing this, mind you. I’ve seen plenty of wonderful, helpful posts and videos on the topic. Unfortunately, I’ve seen just as many, if not more, comments across the community that are. The bottom line, to those reading this post for guidance, is that what works for you works for you. If you have success with a method, no one can take that success away, no matter how much they may belittle you or claim that your methods are incorrect and useless. If you can manifest without any methods at all, that is a wonderful thing. Now that you’ve mastered this, there are many other things out there that you can give full attention to mastering. If, on the other hand, you find that methods are helpful, that is also a wonderful thing. You are learning. You are growing. You are moving forward.

1) Use your own voice and/or handwriting. Our voices and our handwriting are so very unique to us, so much so that many can be identified on these two things alone. As such, our voices and handwriting are deeply connected to our energetic signatures and make for excellent tools for manifestation - and there are so many ways to utilize them when it comes to affirmations work. You may choose to speak your desired affirmations into a mirror when you first wake up in the morning. You may also choose to speak your desired affirmations to yourself at night as you fall asleep. If you are finding difficulty getting results from the work of other subliminals creators, perhaps it would be a good idea to try creating subliminals for yourself using your own voice. Anyone can create subliminals with a bit of time and energy. In the realm of handwriting, the same practice is suggested - repetition. There are many favored methods out there to look into, such as the 3-6-9 method or the 5x55 method. These methods involve writing your desired affirmations a certain number of times, sometimes for a certain number of days, implementing various numerological theories to aid in manifestation. If you’ve grown tired of affirmation work, you can try other manifestation methods, such as scripting or journaling. You have been with you your whole life. Your own unique energy can manifest miracles. 2) If possible, meditate or sleep while listening. It is often thought that the theta state - the state that your brain is in when in deep meditation - is the best state to be in for the most successful manifestation. This is because the theta state puts us in direct communication with the subconscious, the part of our minds where our beliefs and the manifestations that occur due to those beliefs can be influenced. Theta is also the state your brain is in when you are dreaming. As such, meditation and sleep are two of the biggest recommendations for subliminal work. When we are awake and engaged in activity, on the other hand, we often find ourselves in the more fast-paced beta state, wherein our conscious minds are quite active. If you have difficulty listening to subliminals while meditating or sleeping, keeping the conscious mind preoccupied on other tasks while you listen may be your next best bet in order to keep the conscious mind from getting in the way of subconscious programming. When the conscious mind is focused on the audio, it is able to jump in at any time to assign it meaning before it is filed away into the subconscious. When distracted, the audio can instead pass into the subconscious untouched - such is the general intention of subliminal programming. 3) Once a day, visualize your results in the first person.Visualization does three things when it comes to manifestation: One, it helps you to further solidify your manifestation goals. Two, it helps you to build emotional energy in connection with your manifestation goals. And three, it helps you to focus a bit of your energy on your manifestation goals each time to visualize them. For these reasons, visualization is an excellent daily practice to incorporate. I find that visualizing in the first person - that is, through your own eyes - tends to yield the best results. However, visualizing in the third person - as if from some sort of invisible camera capturing the scene - has also brought success to many people. Whatever perspective you choose, visualizing your manifestation goals for even just five minutes a day can be a great boost to your practice. 4) Try out various hands-on manifestation methods.Just as people have different learning styles, it seems that this is also true of manifestation styles. Some people may find more success with subliminal work if they use subliminals in tandem with a hands-on method of choice. Using your voice, using your handwriting, or using visualization are already examples of more hands-on methods, but if these methods aren’t for you, there are many other methods out there. Acting “as if” is another popular manifestation method for the more kinetic manifestors out there. In acting “as if”, you are simply altering your lifestyle habits to become more aligned with the life you desire. This might look like wearing clothing that looks expensive, even if it is not, to attract wealth and luxury. This might even look like clearing out space in your closet to attract a partner. There are so many ways you can change up your lifestyle while still being mindful of responsibilities and circumstances. Another popular method, for those of you who have difficulty visualizing, is to create a vision board with imagery of your manifestation goals. Instead of closing your eyes to visualize, you would instead gaze at the vision board for a few minutes each day, allowing yourself to fully engage with the emotions of a successful manifestation. This practice can also be turned into a subliminal one by placing the vision board somewhere near your workspace so that you’re always seeing it in your peripherals. These are not the only methods out there. Explore the experiences of others to find what works for you. 5) Make a habit out of declaring gratitude.Gratitude has been a tremendous force for change within the lives of many. Not only can it solidify a subconscious belief of abundance and keep your mind focused on receiving, but it can also be used to bring your manifestations further and further into the present moment. Each day, try to express gratitude for at least five things - and ten if you’re feeling ambitious. State them out loud if possible, and do your best to really mean it and to feel that energy gratitude engulf you with each statement that you make. Within that list of things you are grateful for, throw in just a few things that have not yet manifested. Express gratitude as if they have already manifested, and make no distinction between the things you already have and the things that are on the way. 6) Share a bit of positive energy with your loved ones.Just as with expressing gratitude, sharing an energy of success, happiness, and abundance with others further solidifies within your subconscious that your resources are unlimited. In the competitive culture we live in, we can often find ourselves in a mindset of scarcity. To have to compete for happiness and success means that there is not enough happiness and success to go around, but these things are unlimited resources. Upon realizing the abundance of the universe, many blockages are broken. Every time you show gratitude, meditate, or do any sort of manifestation work, take a just moment at the end to share a bit of that raised energy with your loved ones or even just with others in the world who are seeking to achieve the same goals as you, and you may find that that energy comes right back. 7) Address and amend any counterproductive programming. From a very young age, we are bombarded with limiting, unwanted, or negative programming through education, advertisements, media, and even our own mentors and peers. Currently, this programming is almost impossible to avoid. The good news is that an awareness of this means you are already on top of it, and in the realm of subliminals, flushes are a simple way to combat this. Beyond that, it’s also a good idea to learn how to create and maintain energetic protective wards around yourself and your space, to keep your vibrations high with positive self-talk and activities that bring high-energy joy, and to become more familiar with and aware of your habits and behaviors. 8) Follow the general advice for subliminal use.It is not a limiting belief to acknowledge that the process of learning a new skill like manifesting can be accelerated by listening to the advice and methods of those who have had their breakthrough. While it is true that all you need to manifest is yourself, the many of the commonly recommended methods out there are great ways to get started and to help you get into the right mindset to begin sensing the subtle energies present in the manifestation process. My general recommendation for subliminal use is to listen to your subliminals at a gentle, comfortable volume while meditating, sleeping, or focusing on other tasks or activities. If the affirmations can be heard, the volume should be low enough to easily bypass the conscious mind. I also recommend repeating each subliminal you use 3-10 times per day - the more, the better - and repeating this each day that you are able until you’ve reached your goal. To prevent accidental conflicting energies from slowing down results, take breaks on any days you are feeling too negative, sluggish, or overwhelmed - unless, of course, you’re using subliminal work to specifically help negate those feelings. There are many other recommendations out there, and perhaps some work better for you than others. Ultimately, even though these things can definitely help, especially if you are new to the practice, it is important to acknowledge that the true power to manifest comes from within you. 9) Be aware of your own power and potential. It is best to think of subliminals as tools or supplements that can help you get your mind, body, and spirit into alignment with your desires. With proper and specific direction, your subconscious can passively direct your energy where it needs to go - but rest assured, it is your energy doing the heavy lifting. The more you manifest, the more apparent this will become - and the more confident you will be in your own abilities as a result. It may be a good idea to start your manifesting journey with something small, such as finding a dollar or the ground or seeing a specific type of animal at some point in your day. Small successes add up, and every little result can take your confidence levels to new heights. 10) Find your unique motivators. Some people respond well to success stories. Others get discouraged or demotivated by them if they aren’t having those same levels of success. Some people respond well to visualizing on a daily basis. Others prefer to simply let things go and trust the manifestation process. Just as we all have different ways of manifesting, we also have different ways of motivating ourselves to put our energy where it needs to go for successful manifestations. Getting to know yourself, your preferences, and what jives with your own energetic signature are all key to taking your subliminal practice from 0 to 100.
Dispelling the MythsRecently, I've been met with a couple of comments on my channel calling my work out as "witchcraft" and "evil" and "against God", and I wanted to address this fully in hopes of opening the conversation, easing any worries, and ironing out any misconceptions. Before we dive specifically into subliminals and their connection to "witchcraft", we must first define witchcraft. Of course, the definition of witchcraft will differ from person to person. In general, it is defined as the practice of magic/magick - and magick is simply an influence of events or energies by seemingly supernatural means. Witchcraft (and magick, for that matter) is not inherently evil, and its perceived morality really depends on the intentions of the person performing it. Witchcraft is simply a means for change. Even prayer can be considered a form of magick/witchcraft when applying the proper definition. Would those then who consider witchcraft evil also consider prayer evil? I'm not so sure. The interpretation of witchcraft and magick as evil comes to us by combination of Hollywood glamorization and literal interpretations of Biblical verses, which we can perhaps discuss at length another time. Witchcraft/magick is not a religion by itself. It does not require gods or demons or spirits to be practiced. It can certainly be practiced through a religious lens, but it does not require it. I've known many healers who work through prayer and intention to also be devout Christians. I've also known many practitioners who work with no other entity at all and focus solely on natural energies. Back to SubliminalsReturning to our original question then: Are subliminals witchcraft? It depends on who you ask and what their definition is. If you mean witchcraft simply as a "technique for bringing about change by influencing energies", then sure, subliminals could be considered witchcraft. If your definition of witchcraft is more concerned with the types of techniques being used, then perhaps not. Regardless, subliminals are definitely a technique of magick - just like prayer, just like Law of Attraction techniques, just like the Placebo Effect, just like any form of energy work. Subliminals, like all of these things, are simply an energetic technique to bring about change - ideally, positive change. And positive change is certainly the intention behind my own subliminals, even those that you may perceive as more "out there" and "different" (again, a conversation for another time).
If you are Christian and struggling to figure out where you stand on subliminals, consider this: What if the success of subliminals are simply proof of God's magnificence? If it is said that we are made in His image, as beings of creation, then doesn't it stand to reason that subliminals (and magick, even) are examples of the amazingly powerful minds He has blessed us with? Further, if your intentions are good, and especially if they have the potential to help others, would a loving God consider that bad? Further still, would a forgiving God not forgive us for trying to do our best to bring good into the world? Perhaps you disagree with this opinion, and that is perfectly fine. You don't have to take my word for it. If you're Christian, ask God yourself, and follow where that leads. In the end, no matter what your religion or belief system or creed, you have to do what is best for you - and the best for you is all I want. Is It Really the Subliminal?Lately, I've been receiving a number of emails asking for help and advice in regards to "negative subliminals" and the unwanted effects they can cause on your mind, body, and spirit. In today's post, I will be going over how to identify negative subs (or sub-makers) and how to, in my opinion, address is properly if you do happen to come across one. First, however, it is important to ask yourself: Is it really the subliminal causing issues for me? Many people, unfortunately, jump the gun on this one and are then able to really correct any issues they are having. Before making any assumptions about whether or not a subliminal has something "negative" in it, it's important to first identify your own potential issues that may be causing you some trouble. Subliminal work is energy work. Your energy will always be mingling with the energies of the universe when doing any kind of manifestation. The most obvious of issues are, of course, negative beliefs pertaining to yourself or the use of subliminals, but there are several other factors that can also come into play. There may be some yet unacknowledged programming within you that requires you to look a bit more deeply beneath the surface. Something like this will most definitely require some hands-on work such as therapeutic techniques or shadow work, which I will perhaps discuss in a later post. This programming may cause you to have negative beliefs about yourself, about manifestation, or even about subliminal work specifically. To test this, have a look into auric cleansing methods and give your preferred method a try. You may also choose to pair that process with a generic flush or a flush more specified to unwanted subliminal results for good measure. Once that is complete, try a new subliminal from a different creator - preferably to manifest something minor. If you are still experiencing negative effects from an entirely different creator, it may be that you have some internal hands-on reprogramming work to do. Another issue may be conflicting energies in your environment. If you live in a very negative environment filled with negativity, even if from other people sharing your space, there is a chance that this may be affecting your subliminal success. Additionally, global or planetary energies could be factoring into your progress, as well. It's a good idea, if you are very serious about manifestation, to begin studying planetary energies and their effects on our workings and to begin doing exercises to improve your ability to sense and identify energies in the air. Signs of a Negative SubSome commonly experienced signs of a subliminal having negative energies or affirmations include: A "bad" or uncomfortable feeling, physical discomfort (not to be confused with tingles or transformation pains), progressively decreasing self-esteem with listening, a noticeable change in day-to-day luck, and manifestation of the opposite results of what you're attempting to manifest. If you begin to experience these things while using a subliminal, stop listening to it and take a look at the comments section. Note if others are having similar experiences or if they are, instead, having success. If you've ruled out surrounding energies and unaddressed programming and you notice others having similar feelings or experiences, you may have a negative subliminal (or sub-maker) or your hands. But hold tight! Just because a subliminal is negative does not necessary mean that it has negative affirmations or that this was even done intentionally. The fact of the matter is that many sub-makers - even the popular ones - do not have previous experience with energy work. Due to this, it is possible that the creators of these subliminals are not taking into account their own energies when they are creating their subliminals. If they have negative energies in or around them, and they create a sub while these energies are present, it is very possible (and even likely) that these energies can seep into the subliminals they are creating. Like anything we create, subliminals get filled with our own energies and intentions while we create them. In this case, the sub-maker is not a bad person, but rather, they may have no idea that they are making a negative subliminal. If you are willing to take the risk of exploring further to determine whether or not that is the case, you can try testing other subliminals from their library from different time periods to see if you get the same experience. You may be out of luck in this department if their subliminals were all made around the same time - and, in truth, it's possible that negative energies have always been present in or around them, and they were never aware of it to be able to address it. For this reason, I am firmly against "exposing" or "calling out" sub-makers without sufficient evidence that proves they are promoting negativity intentionally. So What Can We Do?The first thing you can and should do if you truly believe someone's subliminal is negative is reach out to the sub-maker and let them know about your concerns and experiences. If you aren't the only one experiencing these things, inform them of such. Make them aware of other subliminals in their library that may be yielding the same unfortunate results. If seem concerned but ensure you that they are not using negative affirmations in their subliminals, let them know that it may be a case of unaddressed negative energy in themselves or in their space that is seeping into the subliminal while they are creating it and that this is easily fixed by simply cleansing the self and space, getting into a more relaxed or happy state, and recreating the audio or video file in a better headspace.
If they respond poorly, negatively, defensively, or sarcastically, the best thing you can do is leave a comment on the subliminal itself letting others know about the things you experienced while using it. If you find that your comments are being deleted by the sub-maker, then and only then would I suggest making your own video, audio, or post mentioning the subliminal you used, the creator of the subliminals, the experiences you had while using the subliminal, and the experiences you had with the creator when you tried to address it. It is best to be completely honest in this case and to not be overly accusatory. Only provide what you know. Again, if you do not have sufficient evidence or if you are the only one having these experiences while others seem to be having more positive ones, do not do this, as it harms the entire community. I truly feel and believe that we are capable of improving, growing, and learning as a community - both sub-user and sub-maker alike - as long as we remain open and willing. I also believe that the good of the community very much outweighs the bad of the community, and the bad can only be combated by the good of the community uniting and lifting each other up rather than spending all of our time and energy putting others down. Remember, negativity in any form can have a negative impact on results. |
